Initial Assessment

In our comprehensive 60-minute assessment, our experienced clinicians will provide an honest evaluation of the factors contributing to your pain and injury. We pride ourselves on transparency, offering a clear and personalised plan to guide you towards a pain-free return to your favourite activities.

Physical Rehabilitation

After your initial assessment, you will begin your physical rehabilitation journey. The plan that is recommended and agreed upon with you and your expert clinician may include the following:

  • 45-60 minute 1-1 sessions

  • Accountability to make sure you achieve your goals
  • Dedicated clinician to your case with unlimited access to them, even outside of sessions
